NESAW offers one of the few remaining cabinetmaking career training programs in the U.S. Our curriculum is devoted to preparing our students to be skilled, safe and efficient on the first day of the job.

We understand that good employees can be hard to find, particularly with the scarcity of experienced workers applying for architectural millwork jobs. And we know how risky it feels to take a chance on someone, when there’s no way to tell if he or she has the aptitude for – or long term interest in – cabinetmaking.

Our 8-week, full-time program takes much of that uncertainty out of the hiring decision. Our graduates have proven that they can show up on time, work all day, and master the mechanics of cabinet construction. They’ve also had enough time to figure out if this is really want they want to do, so you can be assured that any NESAW graduate we recommend is ready and willing to work for you.

We suggest that you page through our portfolio of student projects and look at the employers hiring our graduates. This will give you an idea of the quality to which we teach and the jobs to which our students aspire.

If you have employment opportunities or want to talk more about our program, please call us at 413-527-6103 or email us. We look forward to hearing from you.
